Everyone’s time is valuable. The cancellation policy is in effect to respect all involved. I understand that life can get hectic, so your first late cancel or no show is on me. Full sets are excluded due to amount of time set aside. 48 Hrs | Required for Full sets on lash extensions due to the amount of time set aside. Full sets require a non-refundable deposit of $100. Less than 48 Hours | When choosing to reschedule a full set within this window, advance Full payment will be required to reserve your new appointment. 24Hrs | Required for no charge for cancelled or rescheduled appointments. Less than 24 Hrs | Cancellation | Rescheduling Fee $35 No call - No show | 100% of Service Fee - No Exceptions.
